During his time at Actona Group, he doubled revenue in the Canadian market and secured major contracts in the USA, all through targeted GO-TO MARKET strategies and management support.
As owner of Gentium ApS, Steen applies his experience in behavioral understanding and expectation management to guide leaders in creating work environments characterized by engagement and shared responsibility.
